Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
No. To see quotes, the tool needs six pieces of information: gender, birthdate, coverage amount, term length, health status and tobacco use. Your name, address, phone and email are only collected if you move forward to apply.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
The prices shown are what each carrier quoted for the health class you entered. The carrier's underwriting may confirm, improve or change your class after you apply. These quotes are informational and don't guarantee your final rate or approval.
What happens when I click Apply?
You'll continue into a secure application prefilled with your information from the quote. It's managed by the carriers and Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129). You can save and return to it anytime, and everything is handled electronically.
Will I need a medical exam?
That depends on the carrier you pick, the coverage amount and your answers. Many carriers use accelerated approval for eligible applicants, skipping the exam. Each quote tells you whether an exam is required, possible or not needed for that carrier.
Is a longer term better?
Choose a term that covers the years when your death would hurt your family most: a remaining mortgage, dependent children, business debt. Longer terms cost more monthly but lock your rate for longer. The quote tool lets you compare 10-, 15-, 20-, 25- and 30-year options side by side.
Does this site sell my information?
No. The quote tool doesn't ask for contact details. We don't sell or share visitor data. Our first-party counter honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, but the site also carries a cookieless page-view beacon from our content delivery provider that does not read those signals.
